Email ra4lightlab@proton.me. Please include your device, its iOS version and, if you can, the camera the photo came from.

Requirements

iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Exporting very large RAW files at full size needs a recent iPhone or iPad; the app tells you what your device can do under Settings › This device.

Common questions

How do I unlock Pro?
Tap ••• then Settings on iPhone, or the gear on iPad, then Unlock Pro. The export screen offers it too, when you choose PNG, TIFF or a JPEG above 12 MP, or when the week's free exports are used. Pro is a one-time purchase, shared with your family through Family Sharing.

I bought Pro on another device. How do I get it here?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

What can I do without Pro?
Almost everything: every film and paper, every tool, the film edge and the date back. You can export nine pictures in any seven days, as JPEG up to 12 MP; each export is free again seven days after you made it. Screenshots and screen recordings of the photo carry a small RA4 Light Lab mark.

What does Pro add?
Unlimited exports; JPEG at 24 MP, 48 MP or full size; PNG and 8- or 16-bit TIFF; and screenshots without the mark.

Where do my exports go?
A photo from your Photos library is exported beside the original, and into the album RA4 Light Lab. A photo in a linked folder is exported into that folder. Anything else goes to Files › On My iPhone (or iPad) › RA4 Light Lab › Exports.

Which files can it open?
RAW files from most cameras, and JPEG, HEIC and other common image files.

Are my originals changed?
Never. Your edits are kept by the app, and an export is always a new picture.

Does the app upload my photos?
No. Everything is developed on your device. See the privacy policy.
